Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Is it legal in the state of Florida to raffle a dweling? For instance, $4 per ticket until a certain amounts of tickets have been sold with a contribution to a charity. Is it legal and would it be worth our time and legalities involved.

No, it is absolutely illegal. It's called a lottery (consideration + chance = lottery), and only State approved lotteries are permitted. The only lotteries which are sanctioned by the State are The Florida Lottery and raffles of certain charitable organizations with prior approval.
