Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If I live in a condo association that offers gating, and when the gate breaks the association leaves it unfixed and my car is stolen, can I sue? Also keep in mind that another vehicle was stolen less than a week earlier and they still did nothing about the broken gate.
