Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in a condo in Florida. If there is drywall damage (leak from rain) is the association responsible for repair/replacement of all drywall in a unit? (Just the drywall itself; not the painting of it). Or is it just the drywall making up the most outer perimeter of unit that the association is responsible for to maintain? (For example, I live in a 2 story unit).

If the leak was caused by another unit (say they had a leaky toilet) and it causes drywall damage to another unit, is the drywall itself still maintained by association?

I appreciate your help. Thank you for your time.

I think you will find that the condo association is responsible for the drywall and you are responsible for the paint. If the neighbor caused the leak, he is responsible the the repainting cost.
