Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in florida and have been renting a house for the last 6 months, rent always paid on time. I recently found out the landlord quit claimed his rights to the property a year prior to renting to me. The house is also in forclosure and the person listed on the deed lives in New York. Is my lease null and void? Do I continue to pay rent to the person I signed the lease with? I'm not in a position right now to move. What should I do?

You should contact an attorney and set up a consultation. A property search will be needed to determine ownership.
