My moms home is homesteaded and in her trust. I am the only heir. are we protected from creditors?

Your questions cannot be answered in this forum and without more detailed facts. there are three homestead protections in Florida, all different and all achieved differently. Constitutional protection against forced sale by creditors; constitutional limitations on the devise of homestead; and statutory reduction in ad valorem taxes. The first two are determined by facts and circumstances. The Third is determined by applications made yearly with the taxing authority. nothing is certain without detailed facts
