Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am the mortgage holder & received a 'notice of non-renewal' from the policy holder's insurance carrier because of items that had not been fixed . As the mortgage holder, do I have the right to inspect the property?

Your mortgage documents control your rights. Has the property been impaired as a result of something that was not fixed? You need to have your mortgage reviewed to see what you can do to assess. You likely don't have a direct right of inspection, but that does not mean you cannot ask for that permission. Suggest you speak with an attorney with your paperwork.
