my mother and I have the same name ,different middle name, she signed a listing agreement of my property without my consent, is the agreement contract valid

It would not be valid if she does not own the property. The fact that you have similar names just may have confused the broker. You should notify the realtor that the contract that was signed is not executed by you and you own the property.

As Mr. Stein said, if she is NOT on the Deed then the listing agreement would be improper UNLESS she has a Power of Attorney or Court Order allowing her to act on your behalf. If neither of those situations exist you should contact the broker and let them know of the situation.

If your mother is listed on the Deed, or has legal authority over you and/or your property then the listing agreement could very well be valid.
