I moved into hell & I need Out!! ASAP!!

I moved to Kendall about 4 months ago and it has been 4 months of hell. First of all my neighbor has two abused loud dogs who will not allow peace and quiet. I have tried every means to reslove this situation from speaking with my neighbor(which gained no results) to my landlord(who frankly doesn't care) to the police(who have done nothing) I cannot live here as I cannot sleep, or enjoy peace. What can I do? I am currently searching for someone else to take over my lease, am I entitled to my security deposit back? Can I legally terminate my lease because I cannot enjoy my home? Thank you very much for your guidance.

If the items of which you complain constitute a breach of the lease by the landlord, then you may terminate. Without reviewing the lease I cannot dtermine whether a breach occurred.

If the landlord does not take remedial action, the landlord may be in breach of the lease, which may allow you to terminate the lease and secure the return of your deposit. I would have to review your lease to further advise you on the options available to you.
