Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My neighbor has a palm tree that grows into my yard. I know I have the right to cut the limbs, but

it is his tree. Isn't HE responsible for trimming/cutting the branches in my yard?

as a general rule, no, he is not responsible for trimming limbs that are growing onto your property
