If you owe hoa yearly fee and do not pay and hoa gets a lein on property can hoa foreclose on your home, or just get a lein on home, sue homeowner as well ?

They can foreclose. They have that right under the HOA Covenants recorded against the property, and agreed to by the buyer as a condition to be able to purchase the property.
