paid vehicle off now dealership wont give me title due to late payment fees.there is nothing in the contract about late payment fees. Is this legal ?

They can't hold the title. You may owe the late fees though, if there is a contract provision to that effect -- which would not surprise me.

Check the contract and the financing agreement again because they probably can charge you late fees. If you need further help, contact an attorney. Regards,
