Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Power of attorney

My dad is selling a property and will be unavailable to sign the closing documents, he would like to appoint me so that I can sign the papers... I should get a power of attorney, but on the form it does not mention an individual, instead, it mentions an attorney.. what should I do? or how should I proceed?

Re: Power of attorney

Contact our closing company and have them provide you with the form as each one may have a little different language that the closing company likes.
