Property Deeds

My parents have given me a time share here in florida. What are the proper documents needed to have the property put into my name. and Howdo I go about having the property put in my name

First of all; make sure that the property is free and clear of mortgages so that you do not cause any defaults. On the other hand, you might get approved on your credit. The proper document to change ownership is through a deed - you could use a quit claim deed; which transfers title but without any warranties.
