It has became a eye sore it has been broken down and ready to be haul off but they the company will not talk to me since my name ain't on the deed and my dad since pass away.can I charge them for storage or what. It's been almost 6 months and just wanted to know what I can do. My dad had a simple interest loan and they are saying owe like 29,000 after 16 years of paying for it.please help

If you dad owned it and had a loan with the bank. the bank does not own it until they foreclose and receive the property at a sale. they don't have the right to move it until that occurs. you probably are entitled to rental, but the bank does not owe you that until they own the property. Sorry for your loss. seek some legal guidance
