Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

the question again was, can a lien be put on a house after the house was sold, if one of the sellers had a previous judgement against him from a defaulted loan 7-years ago.. Title company did a lien search on the house before it was sold and the day it was sold and title company found no lien on house at the time of sale. Can collection agency who has the judgement against one of the sellers put lien on house after it was sold? the answer i got back was that it was "invalid"

I need more of an explanation of what that means.

Thank You

Mark B.

Unless the lien was noticed before the sale, a sale to a good faith purchaser (without knowledge) is valid . The late filing is invalid as to the new owner.
