Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am a real estate agent and owner of an unrelated business. I own office space that I would like to rent out without the use of an agent or MLS. Can I allow one of the employees of my unrelated business to help show the property?

Yes you can let employee how the property. you can let anyone you want show the property.
