Can I be forced to sell my home even if I've already signed a contract to sell it? My situation has changed and I no longer want to sell it. How can I terminate the contract?

If you signed a valid contract, you might be forced to sell and pay legal costs.
There is no substitute to have a lawyer review your contract BEFORE you sign. At this point you need to see a lawyer ASAP to see where you stand before you make matters worse.
