Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Have a rental property all ways put security in a non interest bearing account. My new tenant wants to pay a years rent up front on a one year lease. Does that rent need to be put in a non interest bearing account and taken out like monthly payment?

No subject to contract. If the lease allows you can claim

Up front. Contact an attorney to write the lease. No comment about your security deposit.
