what do i half to do to get a eviction notice,and how long do the renters have to get out if thay have a baby?

The fact that they have a baby has no effect on the outcome or time frame. There is an initial document that needs to be served or posted prior to filing suit. Once the proper time passes an eviction complaint is filed. Should you have any further questions, feel free to give me a call.
