i have been renting the same house for 8 years i recieved friday court doc stating the house is under forcloser and has not been paid on since june of 2009 i told the land lord i would not be paying rent any longer so i can save the money and get another house she then informs me i may want to get out today since i am no longer going to pay her thatshe is having a crew come in gut out the house and take take the air con out today

You are still required to pay rent if you are under a lease, regardless of the landlord being involved in a foreclosure action. If you want to move and they are willing to let you out of the lease, you can make arrangements with them to get a release from the lease so you can move. If you want to continue to live there, you are a tenant and you are entitled to keep living there. If she wants you out, she would have to file a formal eviction action with the court.
