Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My roomate is the only one on the written lease with the condo owner. My roomate and I have had a verbal lease allowing me to stay there for the last year and a half. We, for a few months now, have agreed that this verbal lease will be cancelled as of Dec 1st (in 2 months)when I move, but because of a situation/ misunderstanding that has occured between us he says I now have 14 days to move out. Can he do this, or does he need to have a written eviction notice? Or do I have to leave in 14 days because he says so, despite our verbal agreement to allow me to stay until Dec?

Technically, he can't say "get out right now." But, he can say get out within 14 days. If you don't vacate, he will probably file an eviction action against you. One way or another, you will have to leave.
