We have a sales contract in florida and decided to keep the property in the family and turn it over to one of the sisters . Now the agent wants the full commision. We were offered the contract price after a lower one was given

Read your agreement with the agent. Usually once the agent brings someone ready ,willing and able to purchase, they have done their job.
