Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are selling our home. The buyer is going through FHA. We had our house appraised for $125,000.

FHA will appraised the house for buyer. The selling price of our house is $134,900. FHA completed their appraisal and we were told, that we were not privileged to see the appraisal by our broker. We were told by our broker that the" appraisal came in" what ever that means. We are closing tentative date 12-23-11. We are paying all buyers closing costs

We know FHA appraisals are coming back on the low conservative side for the buyer.

Our broker assures us not to worry about the closing. We have emailed our broker twice and asked her if she is representing both parties in the real-estate transactions. She has not replied to us. Our lowest price that we can sign on is $130,000. We feel that something is not right with this transaction. Can you advise?

Read your agreement with your broker. A broker can disclose and represent both parties. Usually, the sales commission is less. Your contract should list the selling price. Hope you had an attorney reviewing what you signed. Good luck.
