my sister died recently and we had some property in ga in her name and mine. Does her half go to her children or does it go over to me. Her husband passed away a few years ago.

It depends upon how you held title. If it was a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship, you would own the property, while if it was a tenancy in common, her children would own the property. You probably need an attorney in GA.
