Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

sold a "turnkey furnished" fl condo 2 months ago. Buyer is now threatening to sue for missing personal property. These items were not visible during the listing - they were stored in cabinets and our garage. Buyer did a walk through of the property prior to closing and never raised an issue (we had removed the stored items by that time). Buyer is now claiming a right to these items - he took pictures of the stored items (we were not aware of this). None of the items were inventoried as part of the agreement of sale.

Your contract and ultimately the closing control the issues in your case. All the facts you state may be helpful but you needed and now need even more an attorney to represent your interests.
