Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a tenant whos electricity has been turned off. In her absence I removed the food from her refrigerator bacause magits were forming. How can I evict her for non compliance.

Althought the answer might depend on if you have a lease, the formal answer is that you can mail/post a seven day notice for failure to comply with reasonable sanitation and health code regulations and that she has seven days to cure or otherwise face eviciton. Then when she fails to have the electric turned back on, you can file a Complaint for Eviction for Failure to Comply with reasonable sanitation and health code regulations. If you have a lease, it could be for failure to comply with the lease.
