Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

What do I have time to do, what are my options with my home in foreclosure status and the sale date being so close (May 14th, 2015). I have been sending in all kinds of paperwork (showing income, taxes, expences, etc...to the Mortgage Company to move the sale date, etc.

Hi and thanks for asking your question. It is possible you could get the sale date postponed, if you are in the process of being considered for a loan modification. If you don't have an attorney, you really should consider hiring one ASAP. Your attorney could file a motion to postpone the sale.

It is possible that even after the sale a modification could be granted. However, the better option is having a motion filed to try to postpone the sale pending approval or a final decision on your modification.
