Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Timeshare

I purchased a timeshare in Daytona Beach FL in 2000 for $15,900 for Bike Week--name removed--In 2003 the hurricane did some damage and I found out this week that it was torn down. I have not used this since 2003. Is there any way that I can get some of my money back.

Re: Timeshare

If you did not receive notice of the taking, then you may have a claim for unconstitutional taking of your property. If others received notice and had a duty to notify you, then you may have a separate claim against them. To discuss this further, please contact me via my website at www.lawrefs.com.
