Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Trailer park rental site

I own a trailer located on a park's

site, in Florida. The trailer has been here for over 30 yrs. I have owned for about 9 yrs. The park is being sold and will not happen for a year. If I abandon the trailer, what are the consequences if my

permanent residence is in Michigan?

Re: Trailer park rental site

The consequences would be akin to that of abandoning a car. However, if you have a contract with the trailer park and do not honor it in some form or fashion, then you may expose yourself to a suit for breach of contract.
