What type of deed do I need to transfer my condo (which still has a mortgage) to the name of my joint living trust?

Any kind, QCD, Warranty Deed. I prefer the Warranty Deed. However, make sure you follow the statute or you will be making a bigger problem. I have yet to find a layperson, and most attorneys, that do not know how to do it correctly. So you may want to use an estate planning attorney to do it right.

Mr. Kaplan is correct. When we do estate planning, we find that we have to correct transfers that did not accomplish what they were intended to do. So, be careful.
