Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex wife and I bought a travel trailer in both our names. After our divorce she agreed I could keep it and live in it. I payed half of the payments in cash to her and didn't get receipts (I know I should have). Here it is a few years later and all of a sudden she wants it, and says she will get it even though I still live in it on my son's property. The trailer is paid off and she has the title, in both of our names. Does she have any ground to get it?

You need to seek some legal guidance. Was this personal property addressed at all in the divorce? She may have a right to it and you may have a right to an accounting of the sums you paid for it. The cash payment is likely going to be a problem.
