My wife and i refinanced our home in 2005. We found out just recently that i am not on the loan. My wife has no income and never did. Yet i am not listed on the loan. Both our names are on the deed. What can i do?

Nothing needs to be done. Highly doubtful that she really is the only one on the loan, but you dont need to do anything .As long as you are both on the deed that is all that matters. Let an attorney review the actual documents if you still have a concern
