You may contact your tenant to see if tenant is open to either terminating or modifying the rental contract.

I see you have a 32780 zip code (Titusville). I am an attorney who lives and works in the same county (Brevard). If you are successful in getting your tenant to agree to the modification and want an experienced attorney to rewrite the residential lease agreement, feel free to contact me by phone (321.795.4232) or email ([email protected]).

I help individuals with their legal needs throughout Central Florida, and I have been a licensed attorney in Florida since 1998.
