Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

My employer/owner of the bar I was working, asked

almost daily if he could see or touch my breast. Through the last years on occasion even dropped his own pants. I am not the only employee that has been through this. Do I have legal recoarse?

You need to report the harassment. Depending upon the size of your employer, you need to report to your local human rights organization or the EEOC or the FCHR.
