Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I've been grabbed inappropriately by strangers in clubs several times and none of the staff ever take it seriously, is that sexual harassment? Also, can I spray them with pepper spray if it happens in the future?

I would suggest to you that you are going to the wrong kind of clubs.
