i was false acuse of sexual harassment at work .how can i react of fire back .

It will depend on the size of the company and what action was taken against you. If you have been sued then you will need an attorney to defend you. If a complaint was filed with HR or a supervisor then you will want to make a notarized or sworn statement in writing stating your side of the story to be placed in your file along with the complaint made against you.
