Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Sexual Harasment

I'm a male who works for a construction co. and a gay male co-worker constantly makes advances towards me including, pinching my bottom, using his tounge in sexual guestures and sexual inuendos. I don't feel like working there anymore. The company has been advised of this gentlemans actions by myself including others and doesn't seem to be taking any action. What kind of legal action and/or law suit should I be considering? Do I have rights? How do the courts look at these cases? What should I do?

Re: Sexual Harasment

You have a same sex harassment claim. Document when and to whom you have complained to about this. Also, find out if there is a procedure for reporting sexual harassment in the company's policy manual. If there is, follow the instructions exactly. If the company refuses to take action, file a discrimination charge with the eeoc or your local agency. (Go to eeoc.gov for info)
