Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Sexual Harassment & Retaliation

I dated an Executive from my previous employer for 8 months, once the I ended the relationship I was called into Human Resources and told I could not go into the Executive Office which I needed to do so to conduct duties that pertained to my position, this meeting took place with my ex present. My ex would also hold on to documents I submitted through the proper chain and had to be approved by him as well, sometimes they would be held for 2 weeks. I documented everything with dates and times these things occured, there are other situations that happened as well, this went on for almost three months. Once he got back together with his wife, I was informed by my ex that his wife did not want me to work there anymore and a month later I was terminated after 4 1/2 years of employment. Could this be sexual harassment and retaliation? And if so, is it hard to fight a large corporation in court.
