Yes. Under Title VII in Florida, you must file a charge of discrimination no later than 300 days after the last act of harassment. Under the Florida Civil Rights Act, you have one year after the last act of harassment to file a charge of discrimination. If there was a battery (unwelcomed touching), you have 2 years to file a lawsuit.
