Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

I am getting spammed with Porno emails
Hello,

For the past 4-5 months I have been getting same rotion of porno emails. I have never signed up to recieve porno email, I have young kids using my computer all the time, so i try to keep my computer free of stuff like that. Well I would like to know can i sue these dirty people for what i call sexual harassment via email. And if i can what measure should i take first.

Go to your local computer store, and if you truly wish to entertain preventative measures, I recommend investing in spam blockers. Good Luck.
