how do i find out if ss was reported by employer, my ss statement shows no earni

my ss statement shows no earnings from year 1999 even tough i worked full time how do i check to see if employer filed ss taxes?

Your w-2 will show 1/2 half of the amount of SS taxes which should have been paid by your employer. Go to your local SS office to see if the employer paid the taxes.
