Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

My mother left my father when i was 2 due to drug abuse he just contacted me and im 22 right now but he never paid child support ive already went to the SSI office almost 10 weeks ago they advised me that the longest it would take is 8 week for a response legally what is my next option.

Not sure what your question is. If you are 22 you are not entitled to child support. Your mother would have standing but not you. Secondly, what does SSI have to do with your father?
