Legal Question in Tax Law in Florida

I purchased a house with a former partner, and paid half the mortgage and bills for several years.

Early this year (2009) she legally assumed both mortgages in her name only. Now she refuses to

send me the tax documents I need to file with my 2008 income tax in order to claim my deduction,

and told me she claimed 100% of the amount on her own taxes. Since I'm no longer on the loans,

the bank will not send me the documents directly, they said they will only send it through her.

What can I do to obtain these forms?? Thanks.
