Legal Question in Tax Law in Florida

I have a tax question I was just notified by IRS that I owe taxes from 2002, 2003 on gambling. They are showing money won as reported by Trump casino. I requested a win loss statement and just received it. Its showing no win and no loss and even says "NO PLAY" I am disabled and can't remember back that far because of 3 storkes. But it seems to me if the casino is showing no PLAY and their WIN LOSS FOR ME IS SHOWING NO WIN OR LOSS. BUT THE IRS IS TAKING 267.00 A MONTH FROM MY SS CHECK. THEYSTARTED TAKING IT WITHOUT ME EVER EVEN RECEVING A LETTER FROM THEM AS TO WHY. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO.

You'll have to contest the IRS garnishment. Consult an accountant or tax attorney.

Ask for a transcript of your account to see how and when they assessed you. Then you will need to contact the office that delivered the levy and seek a series of remedies. There is not enough space to explain them all and how they work. The longer you wait the harder it will be to resolve this.
