Your daughter got a ticket for driving without a valid license. Without knowing her priors, it is impossible to say what she may be facing. She should hire a criminal defense lawyer at once to go over her legal options with her.

Good luck,

Presumably, you're referring to a citation for what we refer to as No Valid Drivers License. This is a 2nd degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to sixty days in jail or six months of probation and a $500.00 fine, among other things. It is a criminal offense and as such, I would recommend you retain local counsel to assist her with the case.
