Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

My daughter got 3 tickets and never paid them. Her license were suspended, and when it was time to register her car she couldn't. I put a licence plate from my van that had been repossesed on her car so she could drive to work to get everything straightened out. She has paid the tickets and insured it but had to wait til she got paid again to get her license and registration renewed. she was pulled over today. What are the penalties for driving a car with the wrong license plate?

This is a second degree misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days jail. You should contact an attorney about this right away.

I agree with Mr. Epifanio's reply. I would add that Attaching a Tag Not Assigned is a difficult offense for the State to prove, barring an admissible confession by the driver.
