Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

dui

I have a warrant in another state and I just found out about it. It is 17 years old and It was supposed to be reduced to recklass driving and they have not updated there court documents after they had a hurricane in the area How do I prove this warrant should not be issued after I was told by the probation officer in April 1996 I could move back home to New Jersey this probation officer still put me through the system as violating my probation even though I have all the papers of fulfilling all of my obligations before I left the state of Florida and I was told to get a notorized letter that there is nothing outstanding on my record and have it notorized by Barbara T Scott the Clerk of Court but it does not matter if they want to mess up the lives of civilians it is there perogative and there is nothing that I could do about this none negotiable court papers from 1993 and then charged in 1995 after getting an attorney and the charges were not changed in their system. This has prevented me from getting employment many years later and nothing has been on my record since. People are human and deserve a second chance. Help!! Cannot find the attorney I had back then Len Johnson in Punta Gorda Fl. 33950

Re: dui

If you have the paperwork showing that the probation was complete and should have been terminated, that will help.

You need to have a lawyer contact the probation officer and the state attorneys office to straighten out the problem. If you would like to discuss how to go about doing this, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
