Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

florida law

If I am driving south at 45 mph down a 4 lane high way with a median and I enter a school zone crossing area by a school with a two way stop sign for the cross traffic where

I notice backed up traffic in the turning lane and the car in front of me has stopped .Can I switch lanes to avoid rear ending that car and is it legal for me to crash into

a car which is blocking me from crossing the intersection. EVEN THOUGH that vehichle made a full stop waited for three cars to eathier pass through or turn at the intersection

proceeded into the cross road passed 2 south bound lanes a center island then a turn lane with backed up traffic, cross the next lane with stopped traffic which i just switched

from now has his car acrooss the last lane blocking me from crossing the intersection.

is it legal for me to crash into the front right corner of his vehicle sending him spinning since i have the right of way being there are no stop signs in my direction.

can i sue him and make him pay for a new car and all my medical bills and if i find myself in the same situation again could i do the same thing with out any penalties towards me?

I live in Cape Coral Florida and the accident happenned on the corner of challenger pkwy and winkler ave in fort Myers FLORIDA

This is not something for a criminal or traffic lawyer. You need to call a personal injury attorney to see if they can help you out.
