Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Hello,

I received a seat belt ticket over the weekend, they were doing a seat belt sting and when I drove through they motioned for me to pull over. The Police officer said I was spotted by their secret spotter for not wearing a seatbelt. In this case I was indeed wearing my seatbelt and explained that to the officer. My fiance was in the car with me and she was sayin the same thing. The officer did not want to hear anything I had to say and was very sarcastic. I know this sounds funny cause usually the citizen is the one being rude and mouthy and I am sure the Police get lied to all the time, but here is a situation where the citizen (me) was telling the truth. My shirt was Gray the inside of my car was Gray and so was the seatbelt all 3 were the same color I pointed that out to the officer but he was not hearing it. I took pictures of me in the car with the seatbelt, my windows which are tinted and Florida legal. I even took pictures of the spotter vehicle since I was so upset I drove back around and wanted to see how this could of happened. The spotter was in a Ford F150 with Dark tint and when I stopped at the stop sign and turned the corner I had all but 5 seconds then I was motioned into a parking lot. So do I try and fight this or just pay the fine? I have a hard time paying for something I did not do, this was a mistake and I am sure out of the hundreds of cars that went through that day you can't tell me that the officerr was 100% accurate the whole time. What should I do? In the end it would be my word verse theirs.
