Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I live in florida. my friend bonded me out for dwls full 500$ the j n s stated I b placed on probation n my fines 645 be paid ditectly to my po in monthly payments of 64$ until paid. the clerk will not return her bond money, even though the judge ordered me to pay it in my j n s to my po in the payments, they said it dont matter the judge had to order they can not use the money other wise they can do what they want, since they are doing something other than what the judge ordered can I have my case over turned and thrown out?

No you can't get it thrown out, but you should probably do a motion to clarify with the judge. Get yourself an attorney to file this motion.
